4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

• Cover all external provider fees

5. Fees & Payment
• All services must be paid upfront.
• Concierge and relocation fees are non-refundable once services begin.
• Third-party fees are not included.
• Rates may change depending on demand or case complexity.

6. Cancellations
If the Client cancels:
• No refunds will be issued.
• Completed coordination or introductions are non-refundable.
If a third-party cancels, their policy applies.

7. Service Quality & Liability
Energy Johnson Concierge guarantees:

However, the Company is not responsible for:
• Visa or residency approvals
• Bank or school decisions
• Property availability or market changes
• Government delays
• Outcomes dependent on third parties

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Energy Johnson Concierge.
